My blog schedule is going out the window until I stop having migraine headaches. I just can’t stare at a computer screen right now.

  2. My daughter Rebecca had them constantly over a period of at least ten years. The only thing that helped was retreating to a warm bath. She would actually fall asleep in the water so I had to watch her carefully! Hope you are rid of them soon. So sorry.

  3. Yes, the bath probably helps the "body" migraine symptoms, as I call them–achy muscles and feeling like there are hot needles prickling everywhere. I'm so sorry for your daughter. I've never had them chronically, especially not for ten years.
